My name is Eunice, and I am a second-year doctoral student in the Learning, Design and Technology program at the University of Georgia.

My research program focuses on ways to promote effective collaboration between health professionals engaging in patient care. I'm especially interested in understanding factors related to collaboration such as communication, epistemology, and identity. I would like to develop feasible strategies and tools for enhancing collaboration in both learning and work contexts.

I'm currently focused on the role of multiple perspectives in collaboration, and I'm looking for ways to promote students' awareness and evaluation of different perspectives in their team-based problem-solving activities.
