Spring 2020 | QUAL 8400 | Subjectivity Statement
This was the first deep dive into my mind and heart as I took a good hard look at my biases, beliefs about life, people, and society, and the role my subconscious plays in how I move through my life.
This assignment gave me a chance to process and write on paper just why I feel so passionate about teamwork and empathy and served as a first toe-dip into the world of qualitative research.

This is an initial and ongoing draft of the conceptual framework of my research.
I would like to thank Dr. Stefaniak for her patience as I stumbled around an ever-growing list of constructs, her guidance in narrowing my focus, and her enthusiastic support of all my ideas throughout this whole process.
Summer 2020 | QUAL 8410 | Qualitative Interview
I interviewed three pharmacy students to explore their perceptions of groupwork as it relates to their professional education and training and how their understanding of teamwork shape their behavior in groupwork.
